Should Planned Parenthood get federal money?

Congressional Republicans have been trying to prevent Planned Parenthood from receiving federal funding. Most recent attempts involved including provisions to do so in a short-term spending bill to keep the government funded past 9/30, but those attempts have yet to be successful. Additionally, Planned Parenthood has been under intense scrutiny by several congressional committees because of videos released over the summer suggesting that several of the organization's officials discussed selling fetal tissue from abortions.
