In an interview with CNN's Jake Tapper on "State of the Union" Donald Trump said that he believes the world would "100 percent" better off if dictators like Saddam Hussein and Moammar Gadhafi were still in power. Trump went on to say that the Middle East would be more stable in the wake of U.S. backed intervention in Iraq and Libya.
