Twitter has released its diversity report and the high amount of white males revealed in the statistics has caused the company to call itself out. The company has released a to the public a list of new diversity goals that it plans to reach. These goals include:
- Increasing the number of female employees to 35%
- Increasing the number of women in tech roles to 16%
- Ensuring the percentage of women in leadership roles hits 25%
