Hillary Clinton proposed a new National Service Reserve this week. The plan would allow Americans who sign up to get paid time off to help out with key service projects such as emergency relief in disaster zones and situations like the Flint water crisis, projects dealing with addiction, or homelessness. Clinton plans to work with corporations and universities to make sure that people would get the paid time off or continue to earn college credit. What do you think of this idea?
