Should the Senate have hearings & vote on an Obama SCOTUS nominee?

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has drawn a line in the sand when it comes to the Supreme Court. He has said that he would not even give a hearing or a vote to anyone President Barack Obama nominates to the Supreme Court. Do you think this is fair?
