Would you eat meat grown in a lab?

As reported by Fortune three scientists who founded the company Memphis Meats want to revolutionize how meat is produced by taking it off the farm into the lab. The founders want to be the first to grow meat from stem cells and sell it to consumers. They have used cells harvested from cows, pigs, and chickens to already grow small amounts of meat. Other companies including Mosa Meat and Modern Meadow are also competing in the space. These companies expect to have product ready for the market in a few years! Advocates argue that this is a more sustainable way to satiate our appetite for meat while opponents question the ethics and safety of the product. What do you think?
