The F.B.I. director, James B. Comey, said on Tuesday that the agency was not recommending indicting Hillary Clinton for her use of a private email server while secretary of state. Comey did scold Mrs. Clinton for being “extremely careless” in using a private email address and server. He questioned her judgement and said that it was possible that foreign governments could have accessed her email account. He said that the assessment was there wasn't enough evidence that Clinton intentionally transmitted or willfully mishandled classified information to justify indictment. Do you agree?
