Approximately 6000 refugees from Myanmar and Bangladesh are currently floating in the Andaman Sea with barely any food or water, having fled their countries to escape ethnic prosecution or poverty. They have been turned away from Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia and have nowhere else to go.
